There is no cancellation for all classes however, we can reschedule your class at another date available. Special conditions apply on management's discretion and client's personal circumstance. Please text or email us or cancel via the website.
We do not tolerate any form of forbidding unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, or any kind.
We respect your privacy and confidentiality and we will always seek your consent prior to any photos, stories or videos taken for social media purposes.
For pottery pieces, we aim for 4-6 weeks completion of your pieces, glazed and fired and you can reach out at any time in this duration for collection.
