There is NO CANCELLATION or REFUND for all classes that have already been booked.
*Special conditions may apply on management's discretion and client's personal circumstance. Please text or email us or cancel via the website.

Extension beyond the booked session time due to late start of participant and or other reasons will be charged by the hour rate of the session fee which can be mutually agreed upon on the day and payment will be made on the same day.

Example:

$120 per two hour class = $60 per hour extension (plus other fees related to session inclusion)

We do not tolerate any form of forbidding unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, or any kind.
We respect your privacy and confidentiality and we will always seek your consent prior to any photos, stories or videos taken for social media purposes.

For pottery pieces, we aim for 4-6 weeks completion of your pieces, glazed and fired and you can reach out at any time in this duration for collection.

All pottery pieces of our studio participants can only be stored up to 3 months. If not collected, these pieces will be disposed.

Payment of classes will be paid upfront or an agreed deposit is allowed upon management’s discretion.

Failure to pay fees will resort to penalties and/ third party collection.
